I was pleased to be invited to speak at the 5th annual Global Supply Chain Summit on a panel about the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement about how the agreement can help farmers in developing countries while also creating market access for U.S. farmers.

Andrea speaks on a panel hosted by CSIS’ Project on Prosperity and Development to discuss strategies for transitioning our relationships with developing countries from traditional aid to trade capacity building and full participation in the global trading system.
